Total Bubble is developed and operated by Perfect, obrt ("Perfect", "we", "us", or "our"). Total Bubble respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how it is used, and what happens to your information when you delete your account.

By using Total Bubble, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create a Total Bubble account, we collect and process your email address and a unique account identifier.

Authentication is provided using Google Firebase Authentication.

We use this information to:

• create and manage your Total Bubble account;
• authenticate you securely;
• associate your credits, bids, offers, purchases, and app activity with your account;
• provide account-related functionality.

We do not ask for your real name, postal address, phone number, or date of birth.

Device and Notification Information

If you enable notifications, Total Bubble uses Firebase Cloud Messaging to send push notifications to your device.

For this purpose, a device messaging token and related technical identifiers may be generated and processed.

We use this information only to provide and manage notifications related to Total Bubble.

App Activity and Service Data

When you use Total Bubble, we process information necessary to provide the service, including:

• bid rules and preferences you create;
• offers generated for your account;
• whether offers were accepted, declined, expired, or otherwise completed;
• purchased offer information;
• credit balance and credit transactions;
• timestamps and other information necessary to maintain your account and service history.

Total Bubble may also process game-related information necessary to provide its functionality, such as kingdoms, cities, coordinates, city status, and related game data. This information is not obtained from your device location.

Support and Feedback Information

If you use the Help & Feedback feature, Total Bubble collects the information you choose to send to us, including the text of your bug report, feature request, question, and follow-up messages in the support conversation.

To help us understand and resolve technical issues, the app may also send limited technical information with a new feedback report, including:

• app version;
• device platform;
• operating system version;
• device model.

We use this information to respond to you, investigate reported problems, improve Total Bubble, and maintain the reliability of the service. Support conversations are associated with your Total Bubble account while the account is active.

Purchases

Total Bubble offers digital credit purchases through Google Play.

Payments are processed by Google Play. Total Bubble does not receive or store your payment card number or other payment credentials.

To verify purchases and prevent a purchase from being credited more than once, Total Bubble may receive and store information such as:

• Google Play product ID;
• purchase token;
• Google Play order identifier;
• purchase region;
• purchase status and verification information.

This information is used for purchase verification, credit accounting, fraud prevention, and transaction records.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Total Bubble does not intentionally collect:

• your precise or approximate physical location;
• contacts or address book;
• photos or videos;
• microphone recordings;
• SMS messages or call information;
• health or fitness information;
• advertising profiles.

Total Bubble does not currently use advertising SDKs or Firebase Analytics.

Game coordinates displayed or processed by Total Bubble are coordinates within the game and are not your physical location.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information only as necessary to operate and maintain Total Bubble, including to:

• authenticate users;
• provide bids, offers, notifications, and purchased information;
• maintain credit balances;
• verify Google Play purchases;
• prevent duplicate transactions, fraud, and abuse;
• maintain service reliability and security;
• provide customer support;
• comply with applicable legal and financial obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not use your personal information for third-party advertising.

4. Service Providers

Total Bubble relies on third-party infrastructure and service providers necessary to operate the app.

Google Firebase
Used for user authentication and push notifications.

Google Play
Used for distributing the Android application and processing and verifying in-app purchases.

Hosting and infrastructure providers
Used to operate Total Bubble's backend services and databases.

These providers may process limited information as necessary to provide their services and are subject to their own privacy and security obligations.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information processed by Total Bubble.

Communication between the Total Bubble app and its backend services is encrypted in transit using HTTPS.

Access to backend systems and databases is restricted, and authentication tokens are used to protect account-specific requests.

However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Total Bubble, maintain security and transaction integrity, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable legal or financial requirements.

Active account information is retained while your Total Bubble account remains active.

Some transaction records may need to be retained after account deletion. Where possible, these records are pseudonymized or disconnected from information that directly identifies your Total Bubble account.

For example, limited purchase and credit transaction records may be retained to maintain transaction integrity, prevent reuse of previously credited purchase tokens, satisfy accounting or audit requirements, prevent fraud, or comply with legal obligations.

7. Account and Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Total Bubble account directly from within the app.

To delete your account, open the account menu and select Delete account. You will be asked to confirm the deletion before it is processed.

When your account is deleted:

• your Total Bubble account is deactivated;
• your email address and Firebase account identifier are removed from the Total Bubble user record;
• your Firebase Authentication account is deleted;
• registered notification devices are removed;
• your active bids are removed or disabled;
• any remaining Total Bubble credits become unavailable and cannot be recovered.

Limited pseudonymized transaction records may be retained as described in the Data Retention section above.

8. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including rights to request:

• access to your personal information;
• correction of inaccurate information;
• deletion of your personal information;
• restriction of certain processing;
• information about how your personal information is used.

You may contact us regarding a privacy request using the contact information below.

We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

9. Children's Privacy

Total Bubble is not intended for children under the minimum age required to independently consent to the processing of personal data in their jurisdiction.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to Total Bubble inappropriately, please contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

10. International Data Processing

Total Bubble and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live.

Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers of personal information in accordance with applicable data protection law.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when Total Bubble's functionality, legal requirements, or data practices change.

When we make changes, we will update the Last updated date at the top of this policy.

Material changes may also be communicated through the app or other appropriate means.
