Delete Your Total Bubble Account

Total Bubble is developed and operated by Perfect, obrt.

You can permanently delete your Total Bubble account either directly in the app or by submitting a deletion request if you no longer have access to the app.

Delete your account in the app

1. Sign in to Total Bubble.
2. Open the account menu in the top-right corner.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Review the confirmation message and confirm deletion.

Your account deletion will then be processed and you will be signed out.

Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have access to Total Bubble, send an email to support@totalbubble.app from the same email address used for your Total Bubble account.

In the message, state that you want your Total Bubble account and associated personal data deleted.

We may need to verify that you are the account owner before completing the request. Do not send your password, Google Play payment details, purchase tokens, or other sensitive credentials.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted:

• your Total Bubble account is deactivated;
• your email address and Firebase account identifier are removed from the Total Bubble user record;
• your Firebase Authentication account is deleted;
• registered notification devices are removed;
• your active bids are disabled and archived so they can no longer participate in auctions;
• any remaining Total Bubble credits become unavailable and cannot be recovered.

Data we may retain

Limited pseudonymized transaction and service-history records may be retained where necessary for transaction integrity, historical service records, fraud prevention, accounting or audit requirements, or legal obligations. These may include archived bid and offer history and records needed to prevent a previously credited Google Play purchase token from being used again.
